Returns - Return time: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Product conditions: To be eligible for a return, All items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Contact info: Leave a message on “Contact Us” page at the bottom of the site, or send us email to email@example.com before sending out the parcel for faster and better customer service.
- Return address: On any circumstance DO NOT send the products back to the shipping address on the package. The reason is simple, it will be shipped to a warehouse center and not to the office where we process returns.
- Return charges: We will bear the return or exchange shipping fee for any defective items. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for return postage.
- Other charges: There are no other charges.
- Refund conditions: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it, notify you that we have received your returned parcel and initiate a refund to you.
- Method of refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal Account or Credit Card (to the original method of your payment).
- Refund time: You will receive the refund immediately or within a certain amount of days, that depends on your card issuer's policies.
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be refunded together for any defective items. However, if you are not satisfied with the product and wish to exchange it, shipping costs are nonrefundable.
