★When will my order ship?
Our products usually – key word usually – ship within 1-2 working days (working days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
★How long will my order deliver? The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1. Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-2 working days after the order is placed.
2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. Now we support GRAVITY 3-5 days delivery within Contiguous United States and 7-14 days delivery outside the Contiguous United States. The other products' delivery usually takes about 7–14 working days to arrive at their destination but may take longer in busy times, such as Christmas time, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc. If your order is shipping to Brazil or Russia, it will take about 30 days to arrive at their destination but may take longer from time to time.
Please note: UNIWHIS is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
★How are shipping fees calculated? We offer worldwide FREE shipping at present.
★Do you combine orders? Orders are subject to being automatically combined by our system if placed on the same day and shipping to the same address.
★Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address? Unfortunately! We do not deliver to PO boxes for Standard Shipping.
★Package is in my country but tracking hasn’t updated. We are super excited for you to receive your order, but please be patient! International orders may take up to 21 working days to be delivered, however your package may be delayed by customs, or may simply be missing a scan.
It is often helpful to refer to your local courier's online tracking, as it may have more accurate tracking information for your order. Alternatively, we recommend directly contacting your local post/customs office. The best way to do this is by simply locating your nearest post/customs office and visiting them in person. We recommend you physically visit the office to locate your package as your courier's online tracking may not recognize your tracking number.
If 21 full working days pass and you do not receive your order, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number.
★Can my parcel be redirected to a different address? Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. We suggest you to try to update your address on your local post website! If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded. We will notify you if this happens!
★Will my package be charged customs? All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based off product value.
These fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. UNIWHIS assumes no responsibility for duties incurred on discounted, promotional or give away items. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
1.Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.
2.When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.
3.We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, if the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days after receiving shipping.
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. You can track your items on the carrier's official website 24 hours a day.

2.Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
